Why did settings stop

I wennt to settings because my ringer wasn't working i clicked on sound and i got a message "unknown ringer tone so I click on that and a new message came up "unforgently settins has stopped..

Same in Gallry I take a pic and it dose not show up in gallry a message says 'no photoes/videos ,clik on that and message says
