Why does my iPhone5s always turn itself off when connecting to wifi?

My iphone 5s, wants to goto the apple logo and turn black 3 seconds apart continuously for a good few minutes- but only when i connect to wifi. why is that?

Options

Sounds like you either have water damage to the phone or you have a short in your wifi connection on the inside of your phone.
