Hi,

Have you ensured that the HDMI On/Off option in Settings > Display > HDMI is turned ON?

If it is and it still doesn't work then inspect the HDMI port with a magnifying glass and a strong light to check if there is any damage to the pins and also if there is any dust or lint present. If there is lint etc., use a vacuum cleaner to remove it and not a metal probe as the pins may get damaged.

If everything seems OK, verify the purchase date of the tablet and then consult the warranty statement in the documentation that came with the tablet as to what you have to do to make a claim for a warranty repair or replacement.

If you cannot find the documentation here is a link to the warranty information for the USA.

Hopefully you haven't had it for more than 60 days as it is a limited 60 day/12 month warranty. After 60 days it will cost you, depending on what option you choose.

Hope This Helps-Calvin Mogilinski

The actual port might be bad, especially if it happened out of nowhere. How does the port look physically?

Wiggle around the cord if u can and see if it shows up briefly it should be a fairly snug fit. Unfortunately if this is the case you do have a bad hdmi port and i would contact the company for a replacement or you could buy a cheap chromecast as a solution for viewing your tablet on your TV.

I would try to wiggle hdmi if it is not showing a picture briefly after this then you most likely have a bad hdmi port.
