still no keyboard after entire case replacement

trying to fix this macbook pro with no trackpad and keyboard also after fit in to another case...logic board?! thank for any suggestion!

There is something likely wrong with the USB controller or the PP3V3_S4_TPAD (I can't recall if that's the exact name) voltage rail on the motherboard. Check the keyboard and trackpad connector area for corrosion, and the USB controller area.
