weak wifi and motherboard is stuck too

i disassembled my iphone about 4 times already and reassembled it perfectly. however after the 4th time, my iphone's wifi is extremely weak. i use to pick up 3 bars anywhere in my house. now when i move about 30 feet from my router, the wifi cuts off. now im trying to take my phone apart again, but now my motherboard (logicboard) is completely stuck. i took apart all the screws like usual and it still wont budge at all.
