LCD Problem after Touchscreen Replacement. Stripes, Lines

I have fixed an iPad mini 2 wifi model which had broken touchscreen. I have done everything as usual. After assembling the device, an LCD problem occurred. You can see lines, color differences and stripes. These change from app to app. What can be the trigger for this?

I have tested another LCD and it works perfectly. That is, the problem is with the LCD unit. Someone had such a problem? Can you fix it?

Did you disconnect the battery before removing the LCD? That can cause some problems with the LCD. The other thing to verify is the condition of the connector (both on the flex and on the logic board). If the problem always follows the original LCD and the replacement always works well, then you probably have a partially defective LCD.

I have to admit that I forgot to disconnect the battery. The connectors look good on the outside. The LCD is the original Apple display. With other original Apple LCD it works. Maybe just a fuse burnt?
