Why is my MacBook air don't boot up?

I just installed windows 10 on my macbook air. After installing it the laptop restarted and it went to a blank screen with nothing happening. I tried all the startup keys, nothing worked. I don't know how to enter the safe mode, recovery, etc...

If you hold command-R or option-command-R while turning it on it should go into recovery mode, there's an Apple article on getting into recovery here:

Did you install Windows via bootcamp?

Usually these MacBooks you can perform internet recovery after holding alt when turning on to go to the boot menu.

Make sure to connect the MacBook Air to WiFi and wait a while for the Internet Recovery option to pop up. It should take around 30 seconds to 1 minute to pop up with internet connected.

Did you do a bootcamp setup for Windows because you might be better off doing it that way.
