Replace screen assembly MacBook Pro retina 13" Early 2015

Hi All,

Sorry if the questions has been asked already.

I need to replace the full screen assemble of my mcbook pro retina 13" early 2015 A1502 EMC 2835.

Have been told that the EMC doesn't matter and that I can replace it with any A1502 as they are the same 2013 onwards.

Is that true?

Many thanks

You need Apple part# :

661-02360

Earlier 2013 displays will not work.

Ifixit says it's for that model. Is it a problem with their listing?

The EMC number needs to be the same in order for the top panel to function properly (backlight, webcam, ect.) For a 13" 2015 Macbook Pro the PART number of the top panel you will need is 661-02360. Search for this when purchasing your top panel and you will be fine. Best of luck!
