My phone shuts off when I try to use my camera or get on Facebook.?

I have replaced the battery, uninstalled all of my apps AND reset it to manufacturer settings....still does the same thing. ARGH!! Everything else still works. ARGH!!!

I wish it were just a battery issue, but As I said, I bought a brand new Samsung battery.
