It will at times go for weeks or days without shutting down, when it does it makes a real loud noise from the speaker blink a couple times and turn off. I turn back on and see some lights but they shut right off, so I unplug and wait 20 minutes and plug back in and it works fine.

@eloco_dereno68 sounds like a power board issue. Post some images of your boards with your question. Use this guide for that. It will allow us to see what you see. Pay particular attention to all the caps. there may be a few that are domed or leaking and have, or are starting to fail.
