mobile heat , battery drain fast .Bluetooth not work . radio off ...

my problem is

my nokia 5130-c2 dead and i changed the software to latest version (box software)

after that i found all this problems

battery drain fast during 10 minutes even if mobile is switched off

drains during charging

drains all time

and Bluetooth not work when i open Bluetooth it's stuck on open ( not working)

when i try to open Radio say ( radio off ... )

mobile heat during any processing

please help me

some other's told me to change Bluetooth IC

and other's told me to change Battarey IC

what to do ???
