Moto 360 2nd edition: Charge light is on but the screen is dead

Good day.

My Moto 360 just stopped working one day. I've tried switching charges, the LED on both charges switches on docking, but the watch is dead and not charging.

I've tried:

1. Holding the button for 25 seconds,

2. Leaving it for couple of days to loose the charge.

3. Charging it for a day.

with no luck at all

Hi,

Have you tried replacing the battery? Even rechargeable batteries have a lifespan.

Here is a link to the Ifixit guide on how to replace the battery in Moto 360 Gen 1 watch. Hopefully it is similar to the Gen 2. Once you have it open, the battery serial number should be printed on it. Just search online using the number only.
