Caller id is coming up as unknown
Contacts in my address book, are coming up as unknown when calling.
Incoming calls, not in address book are coming up with no numbers, and caller unknown.
Please help

Hi,
Is it on all calls or only on selected calls?
If on all calls contact your mobile phone service provider regarding the problem.
