Why does my phone keep turning off by itself when its fully charged?

My phone keeps turning off by its self. The battery can be fully charged and it will turn off, when i turn it back on it says zero percent. Then i charge it again. It repeats this all day.

have you tried a new battery? this is most likely the problem if it did not get wet
