Newly installed AirPort card on iMac G4, Invalid WiFi password?

I recently installed an airport card on my M6498 iMac G4, but when I enter my password I get an error that the password is invalid. Has any one out had this problem before?

If someone can walk me through the process from the start that would be great. I may be missing something or I am not be selecting the correct options, I recently did a system restore.

Hook up via hard wired ethernet to your router or modem and reset your password.
