Solution of HP printer cartridge Issues
1. In Windows . Select Start.
2. Select Printers & Faxes (or open the Control Panel and select the Printers & Faxes folder)
3. Select your HP printer.
4. Click FILE on the top right corner and select Printing Preferences from the pull down menu.
5. Select Advanced Options Tab.
6. Click on More Options.
7. Select one of the following two options.
a. Never Display the print status
b. Display the printing status minimized in task bar.
8. Press OK, Press OK, and close windows.

Steps to replace the cartridge of HP OFFICEJET J4580
- Open the access door of the cartridge until it latches to its position.
- Once it reaches to the center of the position, remove the empty cartridge or the one you want to replace from its slot
- Open the new cartridge, remove the plastic tape from its head.
- Put it into the empty slot. To make sure it is correctly installed, push down until you hear a click.
- Close the access door

At first you need to open the door of the cartridge. After that you need to remove the empty one (that one you want to be removed). Furthermore, remove the new cartridge and remove the plastic from it. In the end, place it in the empty slow and press until you notice a sound similar to short click. Finally, close the door and you are done. In case you are getting any errors you can run HP Printer Resetter and reset the printer back to its defaults. After that, all errors should be eliminated.
