Hi,

What OS is installed in your laptop?

What is actually happening with the keyboard, what can't work properly?

Have you tried starting in "safe mode" to see if the keyboard works OK?

Have you tried connecting a USB keyboard and see if that works properly?

What have you tried?

well the first thing i would do in your case is to see if you have the proper drivers still installed for your keyboard. you can do this by going to the control panel which is in applications under windows systems then go to device manager. go to the keyboard icon which will say keyboard and check the properties of it and see if the driver is up to date. you should be also able to if you right click the keyboard icon be able to update the drivers from here. i hope this helps you out and your keyboard is working again soon.
