I bought an i phone 7 128 gb yesterday from UAE dubai Emirates mall. When i tried to click a picture the phone fell down on rocks and shattered itself, the camera and screen is completely broken. what should i do? Do i have any hope? Or is it my 649$ is completely lost! :( :(

This is one of the few times I say go to apple. Even if you got it six months ago, I would see what kind of warranty you have, and even if they don't, I don't think it's that much to get it repaired there. But just so you're informed

My camera is also broken,and how much would it cost? I bought it from imax with 1 year warranty, will they replace it?

Go to Apple for a whole device replacement. Usually costs about half of the new device. If you are super sexy and nice, Apple Store genius can give you a one-time waiver.

If you have insurance I'd definitely do that right now. Prices on screens are pretty high and the quality isn't amazing yet.

just goto apple authorised service center they will replace depend upon your mobile condition..they will take some amount

I just bought it 13 hours ago and i am crying like a baby right now..i am so so sad.the screen and camera is completely broken,i came here for a vacation and my vacation is completely ruined! i am so disappointed. The dubai people is rude when it comes to customer care :( :(
