No display, no vibration or noise when plugged to charge

I recently had my screen fixed by someone and now my phone doesn't work at all. My display doesn't seem to work, the vibration doesn't work and I used the mute switch & still no noise when plugged into the wall to charge. When plugged into my computer my computer recognizes the iPhone 6s and shows all its details. It also shows it charging but still no sound from the device or vibration? I restored my iPhone so I don't know if I need to set it up before the vibration works but right now, I have no clue. I wanna purchase a pre-built LCD with the camera and home button, but at the same time I don't wanna purchase it and still not have a working iPhone 6s. The phone is in good condition on the outside without any dents or scratches, but still doesn't work. Will I need other parts to be replaced and have it working? If so, can someone name some things I might need to purchase to have this fixed?. Please, I need to have my phone fixed right away and it'd be amazing for anyone's response.

Also, I opened the iPhone to check if everything was ok inside, and everything looks good and in brand new condition. Battery works fine, although the metal bracket connected to the LCD looks bent and the screen pops out a little bit. The connectors look good as well.

That will only take a screenshot. If you mean hold down the power button and hold the home button will only restart the device. I've tried that multiple times and that doesn't not fix anything. I just want to know why the sound and vibration don't work.
