Can't make calls or send texts after screen repair

I replaced the screen on an iPhone 4 and now the phone won't receive calls or texts and I can't hear anything when I ring anyone but if I use the voice memo it plays through loudspeaker and normal ear speaker. Anyone any ideas what's wrong? I've replaced loads of screens and never had this problem before.
