on light blinks four reds, no turn on. whats wrong?

Panasonic TX-P42S20L

Green power light is on, when set is turned on, only four red blinks every few seconds.

What is wrong, what part is bust, can I replace the part, where can I get the part?

Many thanks, Nick.

nicholashuntley 4 blinks is a "Power SOS" code which usually indicates an error on the "P board" (power board.) Check that board for any obvious damage like leaking or domed capacitors etc. If that looks okay disconnected the cable to the connector SC2 on the SC board and see if that blink code changes. If so you know that it is not your P=board but most likely the SC board. Post some images of what your boards look like as well as the layout of the board when you remove the back of your TV. Use this guide for that. It will allow us to see what you see.
