Where is the Vehicle Speed Sensor located on my 1999 Honda Cr-v?

Everything I find is in regards to the Honda Accord. I understand they are very similar cars. Are they in the same spot? Should I follow the directions for the Accord on my Cr-v?

Is there a possibility that malfunctioning sensor affects the shifting? Slides in the 3rd gear a/t.
