That red sticker is the water indicator. When that sticker comes into contact with water or other liquids, it will turn red. Apple uses this to determine if they will deny you coverage as it indicates water infiltration.

That said, a red indicator doesn't necessarily mean the screen is non-functional. It just means it came into contact with water. You need to do a thorough visual inspection to see if there is any damage caused by corrosion.

Look to see if there is any corrosion on the flex cable connectors or in the area around the front camera and sensors.

Guess it looks ok, you can use a iphone 5s screen on a iphone SE right?

There is corrosion on the connectors. You need to clean that and inspect to see if any pins are damaged. Likewise on the logic board side connectors. There have been many comments that low quality 5S screens don't work or work well on the SE. Purchase from a reputable supplier that offers a strong warranty.

As far as me checking a quick google search, no. That is most likely a factory sticker, don't be worried unless the screen does not work.

No. You can use an SE display on a 5S, but a 5S display shouldn't work for SE

According to iFixit's teardown of the SE, you can use a 5S screen on an SE.

That red dot means liquid came in contact with it. The display will likely work, but Apple would deny servicing it, and you would likely have a lot of water spots on this screen. Hope I helped!
