It's possible to make an upgrading of logic board on my macbook pro 15 mid 2010 to logic board of an macbook pro mid2012?

Here's the 15" Macbook Pro's that make up the Mid 2010: MacBookPro6,2. So one of these is what you want to upgrade to one of these Mid 2012 models: MacBookPro9,1

Now looking at these two lists can you tell us which model you have and which is what you want to update to.

No, it is not possible. The MacBook Pro 2010 and 2012 have different battery connectors and iSight cable connectors for sure. If you would like to upgrade your laptop, you could get the 2.8GHz i7 version of the 2010 motherboard, however, I would not recommend spending that money to upgrade your laptop. Rather, it will be most cost effective to sell yours and search around so you can buy another one with a higher spec for a similar price.
