screen problems after being replaced

so my dad recently replaced my screen , he got everything screwed back in but when he went to turn my phone on you could barley see the apple sign and then it goes black , when it goes black it takes me to my phone like you can hear all my notification going off but the screen stays black , what is the problem

Likely your dad forgot to discharge the phone (hold down power for four second after everything is disconnected) and fried some stuff. Probably the display, maybe the display socket, maybe both. Take the display cables and battery cable off, discharge the phone, test the old display. Do it again, and see if the new one can be salvaged

it will charge when we turn it on but the screen stays black , do you think that's it , i mean we have changed out two screens now

Newer iPhones 6S 6S+ 7 7+ store energy, and if you don't discharge it, it will hurt things. I've had to buy two customer phones, because I wasn't paying attention. There's an outside possibility there's something I'm not considering at the moment, but the likely culprit
