Why is my speaker not turning on but the charging light does turn on?

My instant party speaker with disco light show is not turning on but when I charge it the light turns on and I barely even use it. I never dropped it and I threw water on it ): What's going on??

Did you mean to say "I never dropped it OR threw water on it"?

Did it get wet or not?

How long have you had the speaker? There is a 90 day manufacturer's warranty on the speaker. If you have had it for less than this amount of time consult the documentation that came with the speaker as to what you have to do to make a claim for a warranty replacement or refund
