Have no sound but speaker works!

Hi.

I have some problems with my iPhone. I have no sounds like lock/unlock screen, have no sound when somebody is calling, no keyboard sound, but when i went to settings and choose the ringtone there is a sound!

Do you have any suggestions how to fix it?

I'll be very pleasant for any help!

have you tried to reset to original- go to settings, general and then choose reset settings. yes you may lose contacts etc so do a back up first

the next thing to think about is what happened about the time you noticed speakers not working? a fall? downloaded an app? is the phone jailbroken? etc

You'll need to recover your device using iTunes first, then we'll maybe be able to point out hardware problems. This is likely to be a software problem.

There is a New Dock with speakers installed and New flex tape.. I have updated software to 3.1.3 but the problem still exist, any ideas how to fix it? Maybe it's a problem of logic board?

it doesn't sound like a speaker problem-more like settings/software. afterall your sound is working!

I'm almost sure it is your dock. It's broken so it makes the iphone think it is connectes to some extern speakers so that the internal speakers are off.. Consider replacing the dock connector.
