I've tried to reset it, hard reset. But neither of them worked. What can I do.

Have you tried another known working, network compatible SIM card in your phone and see if it works?
Have you tried your SIM card in a known working, network compatible phone and see if it works there?
Basically swap the SIM cards between 2 network compatible phones and see if the problem stays with your phone or goes to the other phone.
