No backlight after screen change

So i got a iphone 6 which i repaired but now i am getting no backlight. I first tought it was longscrew damage, but after closer investagation that wasn't the problem. I think I might have damaged some of the connectors, and the the fl2024 is the one I damaged. I was wondering if it is possible to somehow check your iphone to see what is wrong, or what part there is problems with,

This is a belated answer so hopefully it can be of use to folks who search for and find this question.

When you replace an iPhone screen, it's important to always disconnect the battery first. Failure to do so can cause a short circuit on the main backlight voltage line when you re-connect the screen because we rarely line up the connector perfectly and the power and ground pins are adjacent.

When this happens, the backlight filter can blow and in worse cases, the entire backlight circuit can fail. This is a board level failure and can be repaired via micro-soldering.
