Volume cable damaged during battery removal.
I have been repairing a IPhone 5c the owner decided to conduct his own battery replacement and super glued the battery in. I managed to get the battery out eventually but ripped the ribbon cable, and now the volume buttons don't work. The ribbon was ripped near to where the battery is fitted. Is there an easier fix than replacing the complete ribbon.
