Won't turn on, but beeps while charging

So i recently bought a pair of these Hussar Magicbuds, a decent cheap pair of bluetooth headphones for working out, but now they won't turn on for some reason. I try pluging them in to charge them, but even after 2 hours they still won't turn on. If i hold the power button while plugged in, it beeps twice at me, so their not completely dead, i dont think. Can anyone offer any help?
