iMac 21.5" Retina 4K panel connectivity

Hello,

The iMac 21.5" Retina 4K panel is LM215UH1 manufactured by LG.

I'm working on iMac G4 mod to connect it (NUC-based) with this iMac's display.

I cannot find any datasheet for this panel. Obviously, it remains in the Apple/LG's secrets.

Also, I cannot find any other LCD controller with True 4K compatibility (most of LCD controller I've found in the Internet are 1080p only).

I have several questions though:

1. Is the connector eDP 1.2?

2. Is the connector Apple-specific or is the molex standard?

3. Would you bet the panel compatible with the following LCD controller? http://www.digitalview.com/products/svx-...
