"I" key malfunction. Hard to depress, won't click.

Hello,

I just recently bought a MacBook Pro 13" with the touch bar. I have had it for 2 days and I have noticed that the (i) key is malfunctioning. I have contacted Apple and have an appointment to take it in to have it looked at but I am ocd and was wondering if anyone has experienced anything like this so far. Here are the symptoms.

The (i) key is hard to press like something is under the key blocking it. There is very little click when I press the (i) key. It doesn't seem like the key is depressing all the way. The key still works and will type but it is not functioning properly like all the rest of the keys.

This was my first apple computer. I was very impressed with the computer at first. I am just afraid apple will try to tell me this is my fault and not covered under warranty.

Is it possible to remove the keys on this model like other laptop?

Please help!!!???

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Let Apple deal with it don't try to pop the key cap off! As Apple will revoke your warranty then.
