vertical coloured lines go through my iPhone 5 screen?

i dropped my ipone 5 and every time i turn it on, these coloured lines go through my screen with a black backround. i was thinking that it needs a LCD Display Touch Screen Digitizer Assembly Replacement. is this correct ?
