ipad 3 wifi and ipad 3 3g 32 16 or 64 lcd and ipad 4 lcd same?

is all the lcd if the following are same

as the guy is saying there is difference due to oem or some chinese duplicates

1. ipad 3 wifi 16 32 64

2. ipad 3 cellular 16 32 64

3. ipad 4 same as above

are they all same ???
