When I start the phone the apple icone shows and then nothing!

Hi!Need help to fix my iphone, i do not realy now what the problem is! The thing is when i power it on the apple icone shows on the screen and then the phone stays on this shape! What is the problem? How can i fix it????

Connect it to iTunes and do a restore. That should fix it.
