Suspicious folder in the phone

Inside the folder the following 3 files are there; What are these.. even if I delete them, they appear back !!

3. This directory is very important. Please do not delete

Its not a default android or Samsung Note 5 file folder.

You will likely get a pop-up when trying to delete it saying it is important. Feel free to delete, is likely added by some 3rd party game added or spam from browsing internet.
