I was wondering how well the wifi antenna for the iPad 3 performed?

While on Amazon I was trying to buy a replacement but after reading the reviews, I read that I had to stand right next to the router. I already had to do that for my iPad to get signal. I was wondering how well the wifi/ Bluetooth antenna from ifixit performed

The same as any other replacement Wi-Fi antenna cable.

If it is not installed and connected properly the antenna is not going to work.

Hi,

If replaced correctly it will work just like the original did, the only chance it won't work is if it is not installed correctly or a faulty part was sent out. :-)
