Usb .03 HDD works only on USB 2.0 port

Bonjour,

Je possède deux hdd 3.0 : Un boitier transcend 3.0 auto-alimenté dans lequel j'ai mis un Hdd 2.5'

et un Seagate Backup +2To alimentation externe

MA config :

Windows10

intel Core i7 4790(Haswell)

carte mère : Gigabyte H97-HD3

Ram :16Go

Graphics: Nvidia Gtx 1070

Sata Drives : SSd Kingston 250Go , WD Blue 1TO , WD Blue 1TO, WD Green 2TO .

Alim CoolerMaster 600W

Le problème : chacun des disques fonctionnent correctement sur les ports Usb 2.0 de mon Pc

Mais sur les 4 ports 3.0 le trenscend apparaît avec la lettre i: mais est inaccessible et le Seagate n'apparait pas . Sur celui-ci la première led ne s'allume pas sauf si je démarre le pc avec le disque branché .

J'ai essayé de réinstaller : contrôleur hôte intelRà USB 3.0 eXtensible - 1.0 (Microsoft)

Mais le seul driver que je trouve est pour skylake .

Intel Driver update utility installer ne trouve rien a mettre a jour .

Quelqu'un a t'il une idée?

But on the 4 ports 3.0 the trenscend appears with the letter i: but is inaccessible and the Seagate does not appear. On this one the first led does not light unless I start the pc with the disk connected.
