Touch ID not working: Error 53

Very rarely does this happen but Every now and then on iPhone 6 or 6s we do a screen repair and it says the touch id will not work. All the cables are original just change the screen. I have replaced the home button cable and the button its self. The only thing I can find in my research is that the touch ID fail is part of the ERROR 53 security that it sensors the phone has been tampered and wipes its self of the touch id for security purpose. I have ordered OEM parts, and taken parts off phones left at my store and still wont work. The Only solution I can come up with is apple to maybe flash the software. I did over 300 repairs last month and 1 did it. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Answer this question I have this problem too

Have you checked that the touch ID button and extension cable are plugged in correctly and are free from dirt. to my knowledge error 53 was removed as of the latest versions of iOS, you just get an error message informing you that TouchID is disabled on this device. Have you tried removing the TouchID extension cable from the back of the original screen and placing it on the replacement screen. this can clear this fault more often than not. This fault is pretty common when using 3rd shift part from china.

As far as I know, this error is caused by the sensor that is paired specifically with that certain iPhone model that you are repairing. The glitch occurs due to the replacement part not being recognized by the phone. Here are a few measures you can take top resolve the issue.
