My MacBook Pro got water damaged so I cleaned the logic board with alcohol has said in any guides on internet but now MacBook shows dim green and orange light simultaneously while charging , what do I do now do I have to guy a completely new logic board??

Now, you have to contact a place that does Logic Board repairs.
