Not start but charging
I dropped it on my macbook, opened it cleaned with alcohol, went back, tested the magsafe, it works, it charges the battery, with the lights working, but it does not turn on. I tried to connect through the logic board, without using the button but I did not find the power-up pad

You state you dropped your system did it hit the floor or did you drop something into it? Pease re-read what you wrote and try to clarify what happened and why you used alcohol (what kind and how). The more detail the better.
