editing to clarify:
the rear camera in the iPhone SE is not compatible or interchangeable with the rear camera in the iPhone 6S. the cameras have different cable/input configurations.
i don't believe the rear cameras of the iPhone 5S and iPhone SE are compatible/interchangeable either, since they are two totally different cameras (in case that was what you really meant to ask), but i'll check on that to be sure.
