Folders Missing in Photos App for iOS

Hey,

I think I have a problem related to the software of my iPhone. In Photos some folders are missing. If I open my pictures for example in Whats App or with Facebook I can see all folders even the ones that are missing in Photos App. I tried to restore my iPhone but that didn't help. Has anyone ever heard of this problem?
