Hi,
Here is a link that shows how to install the Play Store app to your phone or Tablet.
Start at Step 2. and then follow the directions in the link. You have to download the Play Store apk file and install that into the phone. Use the directions shown in the link on how to install. Once the Play store app is installed in your phone, update the app and then you should be good to go.
