My phone is charged, it turns on. But the screen where I has this >
but then it stays on this screen and at the bottom the home button is just flashing with colors. And hard reset won't work either.

Solved it myself. I held the home button, power, and volume down and when it turned on and the lg logo appeared I let go then pressed them all it again. After that it shut off then turned back on and went to the blue screen and when to my lock screen.
