Screen doesn't work anymore

I opened up my VivoBook trying to see if I could fix keys which weren't working. I can't. I put it back together and now the screen doesn't work. How do I begin to investigate what's wrong with the screen?

@fixup2112 start off by connecting an external monitor to your Asus. If that functions properly you know that you have an issues with your LCD. If it does not then you will have to dig deeper into the motherboard to see if you are having GPU issues.
