Where to buy replacement silicone button pads?

Beneath L2/R2 is a silicone rubber part that, when the button is depressed, contacts the PCB. On my controller, the small cylindrical pad that contacts the PCB is slightly split. This prevents the L2/R2 from registering 100% when the button is fully depressed. Is this silicone rubber part available for purchase somewhere? I see lots of replacement buttons everywhere, but not this part.

After a bit more searching, I think I found the answer to my own question. The name of the part is a bumper grommet. A site called morbidstix.com has them at $5 a pair.

There are three variants of these grommets. Make sure you properly identify yours.
