Why phone keeps disconnecting my call
phone is always disconnecting after a minute or so.

Hi,
How old is the battery?
It may not be holding its' charge. Even rechargeable batteries have a life span.
Try replacing the battery with a new compatible rechargeable battery, fully charge it in the phone before making a call and then see if the phone operates correctly.
The battery is available online from Walmart, Amazon etc. Just search for Uniden D1760-2 battery.
