Why my iPod is automatic start?

my ipod is turn off every 30 sec. and when i touch the lcd .

i change the battery , i didn`t fix the problem .

befor i put the u.s. charger in the ipod and we have 240w in israel , but in U.S.A. is 110w .

affter this story my ipod is turned off and made restart alone and when i touch it.

plz help me to fix this problem.

try doing a hard reboot (hold the power and home button at the same time for about 15 secs) the ipod will turn off keep holding it and when the apple logo comes back on let go....
